CityCentre North is a premier 6.4-acre site situated between I-10 (Katy Freeway) and CityCentre with 3.37 acres of the site dedicated to Marathon Oil Company’s new headquarters in Houston, TX.
Marathon Oil Company broke ground November, 2019 with substantial completion in the 4th quarter of 2021.
The remaining 2.4 acreage on the site will be a new office development, CityCentre 6, with 350,000 sq. ft. of potential office space and approximately 22,000 sq. ft. of retail, intended to break ground 1st quarter of 2022.
