The project also has a 2-level parking garage with 409 parking spaces. The ground floor of the development has approximately 10,682 sq. ft. of purpose-built retail space. Total enclosed amenity area equals 9,587 sq. ft. Total project consists of 378,525 sq. ft. of ground-up construction.
The development site is an assemblage of 8 different properties / tracts of land giving a total of 1.903 acres for this new infill development. The project is scheduled for completion and occupancy second quarter 2022.
