Overseeing both the firm’s domestic and international operations, Dennis Thompson is the Managing Director in Charge of Operations for the Bayview group’s numerous companies. With over 35 years of proven professional experience, he manages the operations, development and ownership of a variety of real estate projects across the globe.
By bringing a unique perspective to his consultant work, along with his experience owning and developing projects- his design, development and marketing expertise is unparalleled. His vast portfolio showcases the work he has done over the years on a wide range of real estate projects including, commercial, office, residential, industrial facilities, and parking structures.
As a leader in the real estate industry, Dennis is responsible for the overall management, growth and new business development for the firm at Bayview. With the utmost knowledge in all aspects of real estate, Dennis is able to oversee the financial management, human resources, and overall operations at Bayview while lending his expertise to both our national and international offices.
Corey opened the Chicago office in 2014 to expand the company’s investment and real estate portfolio to the Midwest market. As Bayview USA Holdings Executive Vice President, Corey is responsible for overseeing the company’s business development, construction, management, and day to day operations for the company.
