Our real estate development company that is located in Luanda, Angola specializes in developing and operating commercial office buildings, parking facilities and residential developments. Our team of professionals’ main focus is on projects that are ‘build-to-suit’ which includes the acquisition of land, managing the design process, overseeing the engineering and construction phase all the way through to completion, commissioning of the project, as well as, the handover process.

Overseeing both the firm’s domestic and international operations, Dennis Thompson is the Managing Director in Charge of Operations for the Bayview group’s numerous companies. With over 35 years of proven professional experience, he manages the operations, development and ownership of a variety of real estate projects across the globe.
By bringing a unique perspective to his consultant work, along with his experience owning and developing projects- his design, development and marketing expertise is unparalleled. His vast portfolio showcases the work he has done over the years on a wide range of real estate projects including, commercial, office, residential, industrial facilities, and parking structures.
As a leader in the real estate industry, Dennis is responsible for the overall management, growth and new business development for the firm at Bayview. With the utmost knowledge in all aspects of real estate, Dennis is able to oversee the financial management, human resources, and overall operations at Bayview while lending his expertise to both our national and international offices.

Corey opened the Chicago office in 2014 to expand the company’s investment and real estate portfolio to the Midwest market. As Bayview USA Holdings Executive Vice President, Corey is responsible for overseeing the company’s business development, construction, management, and day to day operations for the company.

Bayview is a proud sponsor of Jamie’s Hope Foundation which is based in Houston, Texas. Jamie’s Hope Foundation supports research in personalized medicinal treatment plans at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. The Foundation also helps those directly affected by cancer and raises awareness for cancer prevention and early detection. ISO – International Organization for Standardization 9000
The ISO 9000 family addresses Quality Management. Bayview strives to fulfill our customer’s quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve continual performance objectives. Bayview is currently in the process of becoming ISO 9000 certified.
Building Owners and Managers Association
Bayview is a current member of The Building Owners and Managers Association International, an international federation of more than 100 local associations and affiliated organizations.BOMA International is a primary source of information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends.
United States Green Building Society (USGBC)
The U.S. Green Building Council is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone. The organization assumes administration of LEED certification for all commercial and institutional projects registered under LEED Rating Systems. Although they do not currently certify buildings outside of the USA, Bayview uses these same principles to develop buildings worldwide.
